NOTE! We accept: Personal Checks (product will not be shipped until your check has cleared please allow 7-10 days) Postal Money Orders and Certified Funds. NO COD. We regret this policy but find it necessary due to customer fraud.

Shipping via Fedex Ground is FREE!

Rodware’s FREE standard shipping is through FedEx Guaranteed Ground Service and most orders arrive in 2-5 business days.

FedEx cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, American Post Office Boxes or Foreign Post Office Boxes addresses at this time.

At this time, Rodware’s “FREE Shipping” applies only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. If you reside outside of this area, please contact us to make shipping arrangements.

Delivery Confirmation and FedEx Tracking is included in the cost of Shipping and Handling, so you can track your package.

Estimated Time of Delivery:

To ensure speedy delivery, please verify your shipping address and other information on the order form before you submit your order.

Processing Time: In most cases your order will be processed within three to five days from receipt of your order. Every effort is made to ship the purchase as soon as possible.

Refused, Returned or Errors in Shipments

If any shipment is refused there will be a 15% handling charge in addition to the freight charges both ways added to your account. No further shipments will be released until account is paid in full.

Any returns must be shipped freight prepaid with a copy of the invoice and a letter of reason for return within 30 Days of Invoice Date. Upon inspection by Rodware, the appropriate credit, exchange or refund will be issued to your account. Any return merchandise through no fault of Rodware will be charged a 15% restock fee. No Returns after 30 Days.

Any claims for errors in shipping due to shipper error must be filed with Rodware within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Sales Tax: Utah residents and customers must pay the appropriate sales tax. Utah customers buying parts for resale must have a resale tax certificate on file with Rodware.
